Scrum Master - MTD
Telford / Hybrid - 2
-3 days per week onsite
£450 per day inside ir35
Initial 4 month contract
BPSS clearance
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to join a high-profile digital transformation programme supporting Making Tax Digital (MTD).
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and improve Agile maturity.
- Remove blockers and manage delivery risks and dependencies.
- Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Use JIRA and Confluence to track progress and provide delivery transparency.
- Support continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident coaching teams and resolving delivery issues.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM is desirable.
