Duration: 6 months
Rate: £447 per day(PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)
Clearance Required: SC CLearance
We are looking for a Content Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.
Core Responsibilities- Writing and Editing:
Translate dense policy and "government-speak" into clear, accessible online content. - User Focus:
Research user needs using data analytics, user research, and usability testing. - Collaboration:
Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, interaction designers, and product managers. - Stakeholder Management:
Build relationships with subject matter experts and policy teams to ensure accuracy while safeguarding content quality.
- Required Content management and architecture.
- Evidence-based design.
- Iterative design and agile working.
- Designing for everyone (accessibility and inclusion).
