You will deploy software and patches using SCCM, develop Power Shell automation, and troubleshoot SCCM client issues and Windows endpoints.
The role also covers 2nd line support, asset management, Citrix environments and meeting room technologies, with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, request and change management.
