Job Description

Developing and implementing MP&L vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance. Managing MP&L budgets, optimising costs, and preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
Developing strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring MP&L objectives and compliance with regulations.
Evaluating challenges, mitigating risks, and seizing opportunities to enhance operational and financial performance.
Overseeing inventory integrity, IT system effectiveness, and interpreting data to inform strategies.
Fostering environmental strategies, technological advancements, and audits to ensure eco-friendly operations

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Holder of a relevant degree or qualification
Previous experience of leading MP&L within a manufacturing environment

Experience of operating at a strategic level
Experience in a production planning and ERP based system
