- Developing and implementing MP&L vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance. Managing MP&L budgets, optimising costs, and preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring MP&L objectives and compliance with regulations.
- Evaluating challenges, mitigating risks, and seizing opportunities to enhance operational and financial performance.
- Overseeing inventory integrity, IT system effectiveness, and interpreting data to inform strategies.
- Fostering environmental strategies, technological advancements, and audits to ensure eco-friendly operations
- Holder of a relevant degree or qualification
- Previous experience of leading MP&L within a manufacturing environment
- Experience of operating at a strategic level
- Experience in a production planning and ERP based system
