Overview
We are looking for permanent and casual passenger assistants to join Telford & Wrekin Council’s Transport Team, responsible for delivering safe, reliable, sustainable, and innovative value for money transport services to residents of Telford.
ResponsibilitiesPassenger Assistants support clients and their families and work as part of a team with a driver to ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all passengers at all times.
Qualifications- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organisational skills
- Excellent team player
- Positive and flexible attitude
Posts working with children or vulnerable groups will be subject to an appropriate criminal records check.
