What You Will Do- Act as Deputy for the HoPP.
- Integrate supplier milestones, lead times, and readiness activities into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), working closely with the SCM.

- Coordinate input into programme‑level planning artefacts: milestone health, DAREO, EAC, and change impact assessments.
- Own supply chain progress and risk visibility for delivery governance, including scenario planning and escalation coordination.
- Act as the delivery lead across the wider programme for supply chain readiness — ensuring alignment to build, trials, and acceptance windows.
- Support change proposals, contract variations, and acceleration opportunities by assessing time and delivery implications from the supply side.
- Work with the SCM’s to manage interfaces with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing — ensuring plans are joined up and risks are jointly owned.
- Work with the HoPP to co‑ordinate Bid activity in terms of interfacing bid inputs and capture.
- Drive accountability and planning discipline across all supply streams — identifying and challenging gaps, lags, or misalignment to the IMS.
- Strong experience in project management within complex delivery environments (defence, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing).
- Proven ability to manage delivery against schedule in supply‑led work streams with high levels of complexity and interdependence.
- Skilled in MS Project and schedule‑based risk and scenario planning.
- Skilled in SAP & Excel, ideally with an understanding of Power BI.
- Understanding of long‑lead procurement, critical path risk, and the relationship between supply performance and programme success.
- Strong coordination skills across planning, procurement, engineering, and operations functions.
- Able to lead reviews, challenge constructively, and elevate with evidence.
- Experience of Leading Teams (including Mentoring & Coaching).
- Competitive salaries reviewed each year against market rates

- Employer pension contributions up to 10%
