About the Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC-One, kindness will be at the heart of everything you do. It shapes our care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist homes. Our residents have rich lives and personal stories, and by joining HC-One you help give something back through care, respect, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided. You should be organized, manage your time well, pay attention to detail, and bring a positive, kind, and respectful attitude in all interactions with residents, visitors, and the team.

Safeguarding knowledge is mandatory: you must recognise potential abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and complete additional training as required. You should be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
