At Maninplace, we believe everyone deserves somewhere safe to call home.
For over 19 years, we've supported people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping across Telford & Wrekin, providing accommodation, support and opportunities to rebuild their lives. Behind every successful move into accommodation is a property that is clean, welcoming and ready for someone to make a fresh start—and that's where you come in.
We're looking for an Estate Accommodation Housekeeper who takes genuine pride in creating high standards and understands the difference a clean, safe environment can make to someone's wellbeing.
About the roleThis is much more than a housekeeping role.

You'll also play an important part in identifying maintenance issues, ensuring properties remain safe, and supporting the wider Property Standards Team.
Although your primary focus is maintaining our accommodation, you'll often work around customers who may be rebuilding their lives after experiencing homelessness. A respectful, compassionate and non-judgemental approach is therefore just as important as your housekeeping skills.

- Has an understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle insured for business use.
