Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home Milton Keynes | £60,000-£70,000  exceptional support  full autonomy

What you'll be leading on Driving the Ofsted registration process and preparing the home for safe, successful placements. Embedding high-quality safeguarding, supervision, and compliance standards. Providing visible, confident leadership that inspires and motivates your team. Creating a therapeutic, reflective, child-centred environment where every decision puts young people first.

Working closely with expert colleagues who are invested in your success. What we're looking for Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards). At least 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take the step up and make their mark. Deep understanding of safeguarding, regulation, and delivering high-quality care. Resilience, integrity, and the ability to lead a relaunch with confidence and compassion.
