Programme Manager

Servaada is Wipro UK entity, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK financial services regulator, to undertake regulated activities on behalf of its clients, as an outsourced service provider.

Job Description:

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from planning through to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and work streams at the same time.
• Develop programme plans, budgets, governance and reporting.
• Lead Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Drive business readiness, implementation and transition activities.
• Track programme costs, benefits and overall value.
• Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to executive teams.

• Strong Life & Pensions experience.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Strong programme governance, planning and risk management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation.
• Financial services outsourcing or service-provider experience.
• Experience with operating model change, automation or platform modernisation.
• MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualifications.

• Must act with integrity
