Punch Operative

Gap Personnel Telford are currently recruiting for an experienced Punch Operator on a permanent basis to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Hortonwood, Telford.

Salary & Hours as a punch operator:

£27,276.45 per annum

10% shift allowance

8.33% annual bonus

Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm/2pm - 10pm – no weekends

The Role as a punch operator:

Operating Amada Punch machines

Reading and working from engineering drawings using Windchill

Carrying out quality control checks to ensure high standards

Using a counterbalance forklift (desirable)

Being flexible to support production requirements

What We’re Looking For as a punch operator:

Previous experience operating Amada Punch machines

Ability to read engineering drawings

Good attention to detail and quality

Reliable, flexible, and a team player
