While experience in wiring, assembly, or manufacturing is a bonus, its not essential well provide full training for the right person. If you enjoy practical, methodical work and take pride in doing a job well, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a skilled career.

Key Responsibilities Assemble cable harnesses and wiring looms following drawings, work instructions, and training Use hand tools and light machinery including crimpers, wire strippers, cutters, and heat guns Prepare, route, and secure cables using heat shrink, sleeving, and cable ties Carry out basic continuity checks once trained Maintain a tidy, organised workspace Follow quality processes and work effectively as part of the production team

What Were Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Ability to use basic hand tools (or eagerness to learn) Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions clearly Experience in cable assembly or light manufacturing is helpful, but not essential
