Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading Automation in their search for a Manufacturing Supervisor to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Manufacturing Supervisor our client is offering :

• Competitive annual salary paying up to £39,000 - (£18.75 per hour) Depending on experience
• Days based role 7 : 45am - 5pm with a 12 : 45pm finish on Fridays or 8 : 45am - 5pm Monday to Friday

• Responsible for leading & motivating a team of typically 5 / 6 staff, which compromises of Mechanical / Electrical Fitters
• Allocating workload out to staff
• Reporting progress of projects into the Manufacturing Manager on a regular basis
• Carrying out meetings with the team on a daily basis
• Liaising with other areas of the Business (IE Purchasing) ensuring sufficient materials are available for builds
• Planning the workload carefully ensuring you're able to achieve targets
