Laser Operator

We are recruiting for Laser Operators to join a large manufacturing company specialising in the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal based in Telford - one on a permanent day shift, one on a permanent night shift.

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced Laser Operator to join a well-established company on a temp to perm role; the company is looking for an employee to join for the long term.

The skills required for this role include;

• Setting and operating the Amada F1 laser
• Working on multiple machines
• Primarily working with galvanised steel, zinc and aluminium
• Quality inspection using measuring tools (vernier, square etc)

Any previous laser operating experience will be considered for these roles.

This Laser Operator roles will be working permanent days or permanent nights -

• Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:45pm
• Monday - Thursday, 5:45pm - 5:15am
• Pay negotiable - £14.50 on days / £15.50 per hour on nights
• Temp to perm.
