Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

£38,807 - £42,668 DOE

Days – 37 Hours Per Week with Flexi Time

A rare opportunity has become available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in a highly automated, state-of-the‑art manufacturing facility equipped with advanced production technology. The site features modern systems and sophisticated machinery, giving engineers exposure to cutting‑edge automation in a fast‑paced environment.

• Responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
• Work on a range of industrial equipment including control systems, PLCs, automated plant machinery, robots, building management electrical/electronic systems, blow moulding machines and toner filling machinery.
• Support installations, site modifications and preventative maintenance strategies using the CMMS system to minimise downtime and improve reliability.

Factory Maintenance

• Non‑Negotiable – Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
• Desirable – Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLCs, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs.
• Injection moulding experience.
• Robotics experience.
• Experience working within high‑volume automated manufacturing.
