Your Role as a Maintenance Manager will include:

* Leading and developing a multi-skilled maintenance and electrical engineering team

* Driving preventative maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives

* Managing budgets, contractor relationships and critical spare parts

* Working closely with production to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards

The successful Maintenance Manager will have:

* Mechanical engineering qualifications

* Experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or production environments

* Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems

* Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement

* Experience managing contractors, budgets and engineering resources
