Our advanced manufacturing site in Telford is one of our main processing facilities, handling up to 1.5 million birds per week. Recent investment of £2.3 million in technology and equipment has made it one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.

We’re looking for Despatch Operatives to join our Logistics team. In this role you will ensure customers receive correct orders on time and at the quality they expect, with training and development opportunities throughout clear progression pathways. This is ideal for someone with warehouse experience or those looking to change direction.

• Scanning, wrapping and palletising products.
• Performing final quality checks on products.
• Operating electric pallet trucks, counterbalance and reach vehicles.
• Recording and rotating chilled food products.
• Ensuring paperwork and delivery orders are completed and recorded.

• £13.21 per hour (paid weekly) + £2.00 UNS for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.
• Training and development from day one; secure contract, guaranteed hours and overtime opportunities.

• Minimum weekly earnings: £414 for 3 days on 4‑4‑0‑4 or £480 for Monday‑Friday.

4‑4‑0‑4 rotating days and nights (06:00‑18:00 and 18:00‑06:30).

• FL‑Licences (Counterbalance or Reach Truck etc.) (Desirable but not essential).
• The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience with in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
