Shift Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Shift Manager to lead operations in a fast‑paced industrial setting.  If you thrive in a busy production environment and know how to get the best out of a team, this role puts you right at the centre of daily performance, safety, and workflow.

Duties:

- Lead the shift with full responsibility for safety, output, and quality

Manage and motivate a team in a heavy industrial environment

Maintain strict safety standards across all operations

Monitor performance to ensure targets are met

Solve operational issues quickly to keep production flowing

Drive continuous improvement across processes and workflow

Key

Skills:

- Supervisory experience in manufacturing or heavy industry

Strong understanding of industrial health & safety

A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset

Ability to work rotating weekly shifts

Clear communication and solid organisational skills

Ability to work rotating shifts (weekly rotation 6am - 2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm - 6am If you have experience of supervising shifts within an industrial / manufacturing environments this could be the role for you
