Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join our busy client in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the process.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specified instructions and quality standards Use hand tools and power tools to carry out assembly tasks effectively Inspect assembled items for defects or inconsistencies and rectify as necessary Maintain a clean and organised work station to promote safety and efficiency Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during operations Assist with inventory management by accurately recording parts used and completed units Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Requirements Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is desirable Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control standards are met Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling small parts Prior experience with assembly tasks or similar roles is preferred but not essential This position provides an engaging environment where you can enhance your technical skills while contributing to the production process.

Monday-Thursday- 06:45am-3:20pm Friday- 6:00am-11:00am
