Due to the midnight finish on the afternoon shift, own transport is essential , as public transport is not available at this time. Join a Leading Manufacturing Business Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced Production Line Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity , offering long-term stability and the chance to secure a permanent position with a respected employer.

The Role As a Production Line Operative, your duties will include:
Working on a fast-paced production and packing line Packing, labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Loading, moving and handling materials (heavy lifting is involved) Assisting with the setup and operation of production machinery Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe Following all health and safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need:
