£35,000 + Overtime + Progression

Are you a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or similar with an electrical bias and background in manufacturing or production machinery, looking to join a company offering excellent training, overtime, and the opportunity to develop your skills across a wide range of production equipment?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established manufacturing business where you will work as part of an experienced maintenance team, supporting production by keeping machinery, plant, and equipment running safely and efficiently. You will receive ongoing training and have the chance to develop your skills across electrical, mechanical, automation, and PLC‑controlled systems.

In this varied role, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, fault‑find on electrical and mechanical systems, and carry out repairs to minimise production downtime. You will work on motors, drives, conveyors, sensors, rollers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control panels, inverters, and automated machinery, while recording maintenance activity and reporting recurring faults or equipment concerns.

• Planned preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and fault-finding on machinery.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment.
• Work shifts Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:15pm or 8:00am – 4:15pm, with overtime available.

• Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar.
• Electrically biased with manufacturing or production maintenance experience.
• Commutable to Telford.

The salary advertised is a guideline for this position. The offered remuneration will be dependent on the extent of your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
