If you join us, you can play your part as a Production Manager at our Donnington site, supporting the effective delivery of the Land sector’s operational output.

As Production Manager, you will ensure that production plans are delivered safely, efficiently and to target. You’ll manage operational resources, oversee allocation and prioritisation of work, and ensure spend is controlled against plan. This role is key to maintaining operational readiness and driving continuous improvement across the business. This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based at our Donnington site, with the option to work a 9-day fortnight.

• Managing operational teams and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Allocating and prioritising resources to deliver production plans on time and within agreed constraints.
• Monitoring and controlling spend against delivery requirements.
• Making effective decisions based on available information and operational needs.
• Driving performance, maintaining safe working practices and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Ability to lead and manage individuals and teams.
• Comfortable challenging and holding difficult conversations when required.
• Strong decision‑making skills using available data and judgement.
