We'relooking for a proactive Shift Leader to join our Filling Department at Mller in Telford. In this role,you'lllead and support a production team to deliver safe, high-quality products while achieving performance targets across safety, quality,service and cost.
You'llplayan important rolein driving continuous improvement, developing yourteamandmaintaininghigh standards across the operation.
Whatyou'llbe doing:
- Lead your shift team to achieve Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Support and prepare for BRCGS, customer and internal audits.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and lead root cause problem-solving initiatives.
