We'relooking for a highly skilled

Unit Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team in Telford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to work within a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment, supporting production through both planned and reactive maintenance activities.

You'llplay a key role in maximising equipment reliability, reducing downtime, driving continuousimprovementand ensuring our manufacturing assetsoperatesafely and efficiently.

• Carrying out reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and support production performance
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities through our CMMS maintenance system
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical and automation faults
• Maintaining pumps, valves, filling equipment, processsystemsand fast-moving production machinery
• Ensuring all equipment is safe and fully operational before returning it to service
• Identifyingroot causes of equipment failures and implementing permanent corrective actions
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Working collaboratively with Production and Operational teams to achieve site performance targets
• Maintaining engineering standards that support safety,quality and OEE performance

• Time-served engineering apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent engineering qualification
• Experience working within a multi-skilled maintenance environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Experiencemaintainingmachinery within manufacturing, production,processor FMCG environments
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and automated production lines
• Experience of preventative maintenance systems and planned maintenance activities
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
• Food, dairy,beverage or FMCG manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of filling and process technology
• Experience using CMMS maintenance systems
• Continuous improvement experience

• Paid overtime at 1.5x rate
• £5,000 sign-on bonus for Multi-Skilled Engineers (paid upon successful completion of probation)
