The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is looking for band 6 sister/charge nurses for Ward 19. The successful candidates will assist in managing a children's inpatient ward and several related units, ensuring high-quality care and effective resource use. Excellent communication and clinical skills are essential. The role also includes direct patient care and coordination of nursing practices. Relocation to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital is planned for 2028 as part of an extensive transformation program.
