We are looking for four dynamic full‑time Band 5 community nurses to join district teams in Telford and Shrewsbury for 3‑to‑12‑month block bookings. The role offers a competitive pay rate starting at £21 per hour through an umbrella company. Candidates should have a background in community nursing, own a car, and be a confident driver.

- Competitive pay rates – £21 per hour on weekdays, £26 per hour on Saturdays and nights, and up to £31 per hour on Sundays and bank holidays.

- Professional development – experience across a broad range of clinical scenarios, enhancing skills and career progression.
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care within community settings to a diverse patient population.
- Manage complex wound care, including Doppler assessment and compression bandaging.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Perform male, female, and suprapubic catheterisation confidently.
- Deliver bowel care and manage syringe drivers and insulin administration.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records to support patient treatment plans.
- Registered Nurse with community nursing experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Confident driver with the ability to travel across community settings.
- Experience in wound care, catheterisation, medication administration, and end‑of‑life care.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
