We are looking for four dynamic full‑time Band 5 community nurses to join district teams in Telford and Shrewsbury for 3‑to‑12‑month block bookings. The role offers a competitive pay rate starting at £21 per hour through an umbrella company. Candidates should have a background in community nursing, own a car, and be a confident driver.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver high‑quality nursing care within community settings to a diverse patient population.
  • Manage complex wound care, including Doppler assessment and compression bandaging.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely.
  • Perform male, female, and suprapubic catheterisation confidently.
  • Deliver bowel care and manage syringe drivers and insulin administration.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to support patient treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with community nursing experience.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Confident driver with the ability to travel across community settings.
  • Experience in wound care, catheterisation, medication administration, and end‑of‑life care.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
