Arborist
- Climbers are sought for permanent, full-time positions based in Telford and surrounding areas. Working 37 hours weekly, Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm, the role pays £12.71 to £14.00 hourly, dependent on experience and qualifications held. Duties cover tree removals, crown thinning, reductions and lifting, dead wooding, planting and ongoing maintenance. Candidates must demonstrate competence in climbing techniques, chainsaw operation and rigorous health and safety compliance.
Successful applicants will collaborate within an arboricultural crew, delivering quality service while safeguarding the company's standing. Relevant certifications and proven practical experience are essential for these posts.

We provide a range of Arboricultural Operations including tree removals, crown thinning/reductions/lifting, dead wooding and tree planting, as well as ongoing tree maintenance. We are seeking multiple Arborist Climbers to join our team based in Telford. This is an exciting opportunity to advance and be part of a dynamic team that are committed to growth, safe working practices and delivering the best service to our clients.
Working closely with the arborist team, you will help drive operational excellence and uphold the company's reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.
Proven experience as an Arborist/Tree Surgeon, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care.
Excellent understanding of safety protocols, care and maintenance of all equipment, plus the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can-do attitude.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
Full, clean UK Driving Licence.

- CS32 / NPTC 304 - Level 3 Felling and Processing Medium Trees (380-760mm)

- CS39 / NPTC 204 - Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness
- CS40 / NPTC 302 - Level 3 Aerial Tree Pruning
- CS41 / NPTC 303 - Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging
- Additional Tickets and qualifications/ certificates beneficial e.g. First Aid and Forestry, MEWP, Wood Chipper, IPAF etc.
