WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Conducting comprehensive vehicle damage assessments on a diverse range of vehicles
• Producing accurate, detailed, and timely estimates using industry-leading systems
• Liaising directly with insurance companies, customers, and repair teams
• Ensuring every assessment meets the exacting standards our clients expect
• Managing your workflow efficiently in our busy, high-volume environment
• Contributing to our continuous improvement culture with your expertise

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have current ATA Vehicle Damage Assessment accreditation this is non-negotiable
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a VDA in a busy Bodyshop environment
• Proven track record with insurance company liaison and estimate preparation
• Full, clean driving licence
• Impeccable attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

• Experience with Audatex or similar estimating systems
• Additional automotive qualifications
• Previous experience in a management or mentoring role
