• Oversee all aspects of food production, from ingredient sourcing to final presentation
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving and customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation efficiently
• Lead by example in culinary techniques, kitchen organization, and customer service excellence

• Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary innovation
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Deep understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Extensive kitchen experience across diverse cuisines and menu types
• Effective leadership qualities with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, serving procedures, and customer engagement strategies
