Pay & Hours

Hourly rate starts at £13.28, increasing to £14.55 in the M25. A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week is required, with flexibility to work a minimum of 12 hours if necessary.

Availability: a three‑week notice is given for scheduled shifts. Expected working days and times include Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, though times may be flexible where closely matched.

• Serve shoppers, providing excellent customer service each day.
• Support daily store operations, including picking, replenishment, and checkout.
• Apply training to maintain safety, effectiveness, and high-quality service.
• Make customer‑focused decisions to drive sales and deliver a great retail experience.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Handle deliveries into the store when required.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Passion for customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
• Fit for working in a retail store environment and able to meet any provided health and safety requirements.
