About the role

We offer a starting hourly pay of £13.28, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25.

Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; flexible schedules available for those wanting 12 hours or fewer.

• Serving customers with pride and ensuring a natural, high‑quality service.
• Being passionate and knowledgeable about store products and services.
• Working across the store, including picking and replenishment duties.
• Applying training to work safely and effectively while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Making decisions that benefit customers and deliver routines at the right time.

• Understanding store performance and contributing to service, sales and profit goals.
• Handling merchandise with care to maintain quality.

• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.
