Summary

£15.45 - £15.95 per hour | 35 - 40 hour contract | shifts 5am - 11pm | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave.

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain high standards day after day, motivate your team and take responsibility for the shop floor, ensuring the store runs smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

In return we offer a competitive hourly pay rate, extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a generous benefits package supporting your well‑being.
