Job Overview

Sales Assistant position at Pandora – fixed‑term contract of 6 months. Pay £13.25 per hour. The role requires working Monday to Sunday for 6 hours per week.

• Drive sales & deliver exceptional service: achieve and exceed sales KPIs by executing the ‘Every Moment Matters’ customer experience model.
• Build rapport and loyalty: provide personalised service and care, encouraging customer loyalty and collecting valuable data for future interactions.
• Be a brand ambassador: share product knowledge and curate jewellery selections that tell a story for each customer.
• Support store operations: assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.
