Housing Plus Group is seeking to appoint an Accountant – Customer Experience & Assets on an 18–24 month fixed-term contract as part of a wider campaign to recruit six key roles into its Finance function.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the financial integration of services following the merger, helping to align systems, reporting, controls and business processes across the Customer Experience Directorate.
The successful candidate will support financial management, reporting, controls, business partnering and operational insight across housing management, routine repairs and wider customer-facing services during an important period of organisational transformation.

The organisation provides affordable homes, repairs and maintenance services, care and support services, community investment programmes and new housing developments.
Housing Plus Group’s priorities include listening to customers, improving services, investing in existing homes, growing capacity to build more homes, remaining connected to local communities and creating opportunities for colleagues.

The successful candidate will provide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls support, business partnering and operational insight while helping ensure financial processes remain consistent, accurate and effective throughout the integration programme.
Key Areas of Responsibility Will Include:
* Supporting the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts across housing management and routine repairs services.
