The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will:

Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the packaging sector
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, uncovering additional revenue streams
Work closely with internal teams to convert pre-qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
Take a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
Support customers with guidance on packaging performance, sustainability, and product optimisation
Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure customers receive expert support
Consistently deliver revenue and margin targets while contributing to broader commercial goals
About You
To succeed as a Sales Representative, you must:

Come from the packaging industry — this is essential
Bring proven experience in B2B sales, new business development, and account management
Demonstrate a consultative sales approach with strong communication and negotiation skills
Be self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own schedule remotely
Have the ability to understand or quickly learn packaging performance and technical aspects
