This is a full-time, on-site role based in Telford for a Motability Customer Specialist. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their mobility needs and providing tailored vehicle recommendations. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the Motability scheme and available vehicles, handling client inquiries, and delivering exemplary customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers.

The Motability Sales Specialist will also manage documentation processes while upholding high brand standards.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent service is critical to this role
• Ability to provide guidance to customers about vehicle options and the Motability program.
• Proactive attitude and proven ability to work in a team-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the Motability scheme and prior automotive industry experience are beneficial but not essential
• A valid driving license is essential.
