Telford, West Midlands

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Persimmon Homes West Midlands Sales Team as a Part-Exchange co-ordinator. The role typically reports to the Sales Director. The purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the Sales team, to ensure timely processing of our part-exchange sales and deliver promises. As our Part-Exchange Co-ordinator, you will be creating, compiling and distributing documentation in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure our part-exchange sales progress smoothly and quickly to completion.

The Role Will Include
  • Dealing with phone enquiries from potential and current customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring company standards are adhered to.
  • Responsibility for the region's part exchange properties, ensuring re-sales are marketed and progressed to exchange and completion within required timescales.
  • Manage communication and administration with the Persimmon Legal department, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers.
  • Recording and inputting sales/part exchange information and customer extras accurately onto the COINs system.
  • Working cohesively with other departments across the business to ensure high standards of customer experience are maintained.
  • Complete weekly part-exchange and sales reports, and other ad-hoc company reporting when required.
  • General Admin support for the Sales Director and on-site sales offices.
What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or above is preferred.
  • Developer New Build/Estate Agency background preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships across functions, both internally and externally.
