AboutThe Role
The role drives business growth by proactively engaging with new and existing B2B customers while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. It supports lead generation, opportunity development, and ongoing account activity and acts as a central link between sales, marketing, operations, and customers. A core focus is building and maintaining strong relationships with installers, contractors, distributors and wholesalers, acting as a trusted contact and identifying opportunities to support sales growth and long‑term partnerships.
Responsibilities- Daily collaboration for lead and opportunity handover or follow‑up, sharing regional knowledge and information.
- Collaborate on lead generation campaigns and marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities arising from customer events.
- Handle complex product queries, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Track orders, deliveries and stock availability.
- Respond to invoicing and credit control queries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in business development and cold calling (B2B).
- Resilience, adaptability and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand technical product information related to heating and cooling systems to support cross‑ and up‑selling.
- Good command of computer and MS Office.
- Effective collaboration with the external sales team and support of its objectives.
- Capacity to work independently, take initiative and manage workload efficiently.
- Fluent in English.

Annual salary between £19,800.00 and £37,200.00, depending on skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
