Inside Sales Representative

Monday–Friday 9am-5.30pm, Telford – TF2 7NB
. Salary up to £27,500 plus commission per annum.

Reporting into the Inside Sales Line Manager (Education and Public Sector) and supporting lines into Head of Education and account-specific KAMs and NAMs, you will support contract management within a defined portfolio of strategic accounts to drive growth and support divisional success, providing a high level of customer and administrative support to accounts requiring a bespoke Lyreco solution.

Role

Working closely with the Account Manager to drive maximum compliance, you will engage end users to penetrate the full 'Workplace Solution' offering. After probation, hybrid working is available (minimum 3 days in office). You will call customers daily to conduct business reviews and add value at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales in line with targets and objectives set by calling buyers within your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the customer base, line manager, team members and internal departments.
  • Ensure the client database is maintained.
  • Deliver the best customer experience.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Inside Sales Team Leader.
  • Accurately maintain account records.
