Sales Administrator

Overview

Sales Administrator role based in Telford, permanent and full‑time, with an annual salary of £26,000.

• Manage order processing and respond to customer enquiries.
• Check incoming emails to initiate the sales order procedure.
• Accurately input orders and handle any specific design requirements.
• Assist customers with pricing and product questions via phone and email.
• Resolve pricing or delivery issues and issue price files to customers.
• Handle returns and collections.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams, including transport, production and sales departments.
• Support external sales colleagues and stay on top of sales performance in the region.
• Build relationships with key accounts and help grow the business.

• Experience in a sales administration role within an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to in‑house software related to the products.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and phone etiquette.
• Team player who enjoys talking to people and solving problems.
