Branch Sales Valuer Telford Estate Agency - Residential Sales Opportunity Basic salary up to £32,000 negotiable Plus car allowance and uncapped bonus scheme Realistic OTE around £45,000 Our client is a highly successful independent estate agents who are currently looking for an experienced enthusiastic professional Residential Branch Valuer to add to their existing busy team As a skilled Valuer you will be covering the Telford and surrounding areas listing properties to our clients extensive portfolio of residential properties As a successful Branch Valuer you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record with an excellent listing conversion rate As Branch Valuer you will also need to display determination, self-motivation and commitment to succeed in a competitive, challenging and fast paced environment

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills at all levels are also essential As Branch Valuer you will be responsible for:
Generating valuations and new business opportunities Successfully carry out residential property valuations Conducting sales pitches to prospective vendors Maintaining a strong conversion rate to list properties to the portfolio Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients Selling referrals for Financial Services and Conveyancing Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation at all times Adhere to Company Best Practices and Company Brand Standards Promote features and benefits of the companys service, e.g. floor plans, marketing and advertising strength and customer service programme As a successful Valuer you will need:
