Create and develop sales opportunities in line with agreed business targets.
Drive and develop new sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
Identify and develop relationships with new installers to grow the customer base.
Develop and strengthen Merchant channel relationships to maximise sales opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, installers, merchants and key stakeholders.
Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service and support.

Role

Purpose:

To ensure the assigned area performs in line with agreed sales targets and business ambitions.
To support and develop the existing customer base while identifying opportunities for growth.
To promote and showcase Carrier's product portfolio to customers, installers and merchant partners.
To identify new business opportunities and develop sustainable sales growth across the territory.
To collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
To provide market insight and customer feedback to support business and product development.
Expert knowledge of the heating and heat pump sector, gained through experience within a manufacturing or technical sales environment.
Proven experience in field sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive, with strong commercial acumen.
Driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to influence, inspire and motivate customers and stakeholders.
A can-do and solution-focused approach to challenges and opportunities.
Experience preparing presentations, reports and managing budgets.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A natural people person with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

The annual salary for this position is between £51,500.00-£ annually.
