Sales & Lettings Negotiator

A sales driven Negotiator is required to join a multi branch agency in Basingstoke. This is an active front of office position where you will be supporting both the sales & lettings side of the business handling enquiries, registering applicants and progressing deals through to completion or moving in. Package Details: £23,000 basic salary with an OTE £33,000 - £40,000.

Monday to Friday working with Saturday working on rota Ongoing support & training available to encourage career growth Duties of the role to include:
Registering property viewings and booking valuations Arranging & conducting property viewings Viewing feedback Negotiating offers Progressing agreed sales and lets to completion Building relationships with clients to facilitate generating valuations, viewings, sales or lets Business generation Office Support Key skills required: A professional and confident demeanour Good computer skills Solid written and conversational skills Sales & Targets driven Able to see the bigger picture to maximise opportunities Organised and adaptable Good diary management Own car and UK driving licence Property experience is preferred but not essential if your previous work career demonstrates transferable skills from a comparable sales environment along with a can do and get up and go attitude.
