With manufacturing facilities in Birmingham (B12 0XR

, we provide:

We support customers across the automotive, industrial, consumer and specialist manufacturing sectors, and now we’re ready for the next stage of our growth.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Birmingham/Telford/Hybrid, with UK customer travel YOUR MISSION

You’ll take the lead in finding and developing new business, building relationships with key decision-makers and managing opportunities from the first conversation through to quotation and contract award.

You’ll also:

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop new and existing customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities for additional work
  • Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements
  • Support quotations for moulding, tooling and assembly projects
  • Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events
  • Work with our commercial, operational and leadership teams to deliver our growth strategy
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
  • B2B business development or technical sales experience within plastics, injection moulding, automotive, engineering or manufacturing
  • A proven record of winning new business
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • The ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The drive to create opportunities and not simply manage existing accounts

Experience in injection moulding would be a major advantage, but we would also love to hear from strong candidates from related manufacturing and engineering sectors.

This is your opportunity to join an ambitious UK manufacturing business with genuine capability, available capacity and exciting plans for continued growth.
