Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Advisors?

• Work closely with the store team to protect product and assets through investigations, analysis and feedback.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution and maintain loss awareness through coaching, validation, influence and support.
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely.
• Educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices.
• Balance customer-facing activity with behind-the-scenes duties to carry out the role effectively.
• Support the store team in achieving our safety and protection goals.

• Experience with shrink and crime resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential.
• Self‑driven, engaging, resilient and focused, with a solution‑focused approach to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
