Position: Personal Advisor (Leaving Care)

Personal Advisor – Leaving Care

Position details: 2 posts, 37 hours per week, full time, 2‑year fixed term. Salary: £31,537 – £33,699 per annum.

About the role

We are proud of being an ‘Outstanding’ Local Authority, judged outstanding overall for the second time. As a Personal Advisor, you’ll provide dedicated support to care leavers up to the age of 25, helping them navigate the transition to independence. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, offer practical advice, coordinate services, champion their voice, promote positive outcomes, and work collaboratively with families and professionals to create lasting change.
