Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and manage a professional social work caseload with a focus on safeguarding.
  • Participate in weekly peer review meetings, contributing to discussions and recommendations.
  • Develop and execute support plans focused on the strengths and resources of individuals and communities.
  • Build effective relationships with service users, carers, and internal/external partners.
  • Design creative, person-centred support plans, integrating community resources rather than relying on standard solutions.
