Location: Telford, West Midlands.
Salary: £24,645 - £26,723 per annum.
Working pattern: Full time. 9-5 Monday to Friday, with a Saturday night shift on a rota basis until 7 pm.
About the roleCase Administrators support probation teams by managing paperwork, maintaining case files and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. The role offers an opportunity for career growth within the Probation Service and involves working with a range of stakeholders, including probation staff, agencies and people on probation.
Key responsibilities- Ensure all probation‑related processes run efficiently.
- Maintain and update systems and case file information accurately.
- Handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and people on probation.
- Support teams across a variety of settings, including PDUs, courts, prisons and other probation service functions.

- Empathetic, patient and organised.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom for the Civil Service.
- Compliance with immigration rules and visa eligibility requirements.
- Annual leave: 25 days on appointment, increasing to 30 days after five years, plus public holidays.
