Paradigm Health & Social Care is hiring Community Care Workers in Telford to provide essential support at the client’s home. The role guarantees hours through our lead provider position with Telford & Wrekin Council, minimising travel and enabling focused care delivery.
Shifts run 6am–2:30pm or 3:30pm–11pm, with weekend work on an alternating or regular weekend pattern. Training is provided; driving licence and own vehicle are preferred, and e-bike options may be available.
